Send it in using the label we email to you—we’ll take care of the rest and return it to you within 3 weeks
If your bag arrives unwashed, we’ll either return it at your expense or charge a $50 Spa Treatment fee before proceeding.

Includes full zipper replacement. You clean the bag, we’ll handle the repair.
🧼 Zipper Replacement + Spa Treatment – $125
Includes vacuuming, stain treatment, and machine washing before your zipper is replaced. Great if you don’t have a washer or just want a little extra TLC.

- $35 USD flat fee for International Shipping. VAT and Customs Fees are customers responsibility and will be charged separately.
Returns and exchanges are happily accepted within 14 days of receipt.
