4. Send it in—we’ll take care of the rest and return it to you within 3 weeks

• Empty all pockets

• Pull the lining out and vacuum the base

• Machine wash gently – cold water, hang dry only

If your bag arrives unwashed, we’ll either return it at your expense or charge a $50 Spa Treatment fee before proceeding.
