as good as new!

My teal Metier tote is my go-to and I get compliments from random strangers all the time on this bag. I purchased it from a boutique in Portland, OR in 2015. Nine years later, the straps became quite worn and cracked at the shoulder turn and I was so relieved I could send in for a fix. In the recent years I have added 2 more Crystalyn Kae bags - making a total of 4 in my collection. I am so glad they have a repair service!

Bag like new!

Love love love my Metier bag, and after 7 years it 'earned' new straps! I love that I can get new straps instead of a whole new bag. The bag just returned home and it looks great, like new!! Thanks so much!!!

strap replacement and workshop tour

Hi Crystalyn. It was great to meet you and it was delightful to see your work-space. I'm very happy with my new strap but I was surprised that you used a different color thread than what you used on the rest of the bag. I'm sure no one but me will ever notice the difference, but my preference would have been for matching thread.
Be well and have a great summer!
