A one-of-a-kind patchwork leather bag designed just for you — handcrafted from rescued materials or your own meaningful fabric pieces.

Each Custom Patchwork Bag is made to tell a story — yours. Whether we use rescued lambskin remnants from our studio or materials you send in (like a beloved jacket, scarf, or heirloom textile), every bag becomes a wearable keepsake stitched with heart.

Sewn on our vintage 1930s Zig-Zag machine and fully lined with vintage print fabric, these bags blend sustainability with sentimentality. Every patch, every color, every texture is chosen with care to create a piece that feels distinctly you.

Every Crystalyn Kae bag is crafted to endure daily wear and often looks even better over time. Our coated canvas and upholstery-grade linings are proven to last through every spin of the washing machine and years of adventures.

We stand by our craftsmanship with a sustainability-first approach: if a material or construction issue shows up in the first year, we’ll repair it at no cost.

Beyond that, we’ll help with repairs or guide you in recycling your bag responsibly. Because true sustainability isn’t about “buying new” — it’s about keeping a trusted essential in your life for as long as possible.
