Every Crystalyn Kae bag is proudly sewn in small batches right here in the U.S., using restored vintage industrial sewing machines. We reinforce every detail—straps, zippers, lining—so your bag can go everywhere with you, year after year.

Our leather bags are made using surplus hides from high-end fashion houses, sourced through our partner FABSCRAP. Every hide is hand-cut for maximum use, and we donate our scraps to schools and nonprofits to continue the cycle of reuse. Each leather bag is made in extremely limited runs—and crafted to be timeless, not trendy.

Every fabric tells a story. Some bags are made with rare finds from New York’s Garment Center. Others are built from fabric that caught our eye on a road trip or studio clean-out. These are bags that can’t be mass produced—and that’s the point.

🔁 Repair, Don’t Replace
When your bag’s been with you for years, the last thing we want is for it to end up in the landfill.
If something goes wrong in the first year, we’ll fix it for free. After that, we offer affordable zipper and strap repairs so your bag can keep going strong. If a bag is truly past the point of restoration, we’ll talk you through options—or can responsibly downcycle it in our studio.
