Well, so far so good on my ‘Photo a Day‘ project. Some days the perfect shot appears, other days I’m panicking at 10pm that I still haven’t taken my day’s image. On one of my more prolific days, I decided to photograph my favorite details of my studio – my sewing machine, bobbins of thread, hangtags, and stacks of fabric. While I was uploading the days’ images to my flickr account, I also submitted my images to the Modish ‘Handmade Spaces’ pool on a whim. Lo and behold a week later, my photos were featured on the Modish Blog! It was quite a sweet surprise!
