Every year before Valentine’s day I create a batch of these little flower pins using beloved fragments of some of my favorite fabrics. This year, I hand-cut12 layers of petals for each pin using remnants of my grandmother’s blouses, scraps of Liberty fabric, and an antique silk wedding dress. Then I arrange and sew the layers together with vintage rhinestone button and affixed a metal pin on the back.

Each flower pin is handmade and uniquely crafted by me in my Seattle studio.   These lovely 4″ flower pins would add a little splash of spring to your coat, handbag, hat, jacket lapel or ponytail holder. Available in a blend of colors and metallic leathers on my website – for a limited time!
