Crystalyn Kae guarantees workmanship for the life of your bag and we will repair your bag for free within the first year. Repairs due to normal wear, including zippers, are offered for the lifetime of your bag for a small fee.
Sending your bag in for a repair is easy. Just purchase this listing, which will let us know your bag is coming. Print out your receipt for repair to include with shipping. Then wash your bag as follows:
1) Empty the contents of your bag and pull the lining to the outside.
2) Add a tablespoon of laundry soap to the washer.
3) Throw your bag in the washing machine on gentle cycle
4) Hang it to dry. (Do not put your bag in the dryer or dry-clean.)
Please note: Unwashed bags will not be accepted and will returned at the customer's expense.
