I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful bag, and great service getting it to me. I have been happily using it every day for the past week. This is definitely the bag for me and I see myself using it for years to come. The strap is also great because it's so soft and wide enough that it doesn't dig into my shoulder like some straps have in the past when there's a bit of weight in the bag. At the same time, it's not too wide and unfeminine looking. Anyway, I could go on and on, but I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the thought you put into your designs and producing a beautiful product. Thank you!
